Push To Talk - New Service Coming Soon

We are pleased to announce that we will soon be concluding a deal with Push to Talk Africa, who at this stage, are exclusively partnering with Vodacom. They launched the service a few months ago, after a lenghty and extensive testing process.

For those that don't know, here are some salient points on PTT:
  • Two way radio type functionality using a Cell Phone.
  • Nationwide Coverage and can be used across Borders.
  • Cost Effective Communication - fixed monthly subscription for unlimited 'Pushes'.
  • Push to one and/or many.
  • One device can be used for PTT and for normal GSM (Cellular) calls.
  • No Capex for base stations and no annual licence fees.
  • Proven Technology - deployed in Europe and USA.
This service is ideal for the Construction Industry and will enable you to communicate more effectively, and at a reduced/fixed cost. The service is coupled with a unique handset called the Sonim XP1. This phone is manufactured to Military Specifications and is both Shock Resistant (Rated to 1.65m drop to solid concrete) and Vibration Resistant (Protection from 5Hz to 500Hz). The Manufacturer is so confident of their product, that they offer a Three (3) Year, no questions asked, swap out warranty. For more information on this phone click here-
